Fuerza Regia is inspired by Monterrey to be the most winning team in the LNBP. Eduardo Urdiales, the general manager of the basketball club, saw his father, Jorge, the most winning executive in the history of the Rayados, work.
Eduardo Urdiales learned that the secret to winning titles and being a protagonist is to keep the players happy throughout the season. Therefore, he implemented practices inspired by football to improve Fuerza Regia's performance.
